Card Patterns Sketch #79

Hi everyone!! Today I'll show you the card I made for Card Patterns following the sketch 79. This week I found somewhere around the web an ice cream just like this one and I thought it was just perfect for the sketch!! It was very easy to do, but I confess I had to cut the "masks" I designed three or four times before I reached a nice one, because sometimes it seemed like the ice cream had melted!!

I must say that "the cherry goes to" the most talented punch artist I have ever known, my dearest teacher Sandra Shimizu. It is just astonishing what this woman can do with a punch on her hands (well, actually lots of them...). I did it with the 3/8" circle and a small leaf, both by Toke e Crie (TEC). And of course, after a lot of San's classes!!
